(1) When installing a safety valve in the heat exchanger, the pressure of the safety valve must be compatible with the high working pressure of the heat exchanger (it must be declared when ordering from the safety valve manufacturer). The installation and use of safety valves should comply with the regulations of the Supervision Regulations on Safety Technology of Pressure Vessels issued by the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources.


(2) Install an outlet pipe in the exchanger to connect to the atmosphere (when conditions permit).


(3) Install an expansion water tank connected to a water heater to discharge the expansion water.


7. If water contains hardness and salts, when using a heat exchanger, scale will form on the walls of the device and the pipes, leading to a decrease in heat transfer rate and an increase in energy consumption, which affects its use. Therefore, certain softening measures should be taken.
